REFUND POLICY — TWO DESIGN

Project-Based Services
All project engagements require a non-refundable advance payment of 50% before work begins. This advance secures your place in our production schedule and covers initial research, planning, and resource allocation.
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, we will invoice for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation. No refund will be issued on the advance payment. Please refer to your individual project contract for full termination and cancellation terms.
Retainer Engagements
Retainer engagements require a non-refundable advance of 50% of the first month's payment. Subsequent monthly payments cover services rendered during that period and are non-refundable. Either party may terminate a retainer engagement with a minimum of 2 weeks' written notice.
Digital Products
If you purchase a digital product (such as a template, toolkit, course, or downloadable resource) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not substantially used or distributed the product. To request a refund, email us at vikram@twodesign.in with your order details.
Paid Consultations
If you book a paid one-on-one consultation, you may cancel and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or no-shows, are non-refundable. If we need to reschedule a session, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.
Subscriptions and Memberships
If you subscribe to a paid newsletter or membership, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — we do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle. If you are dissatisfied with your subscription within the first 7 days of your initial sign-up, you may request a full refund by emailing us at vikram@twodesign.in.
How to Request a Refund
For all refund requests, please contact us at vikram@twodesign.in with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your name, the product or service in question, and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days.
