This isn't a page about people who work at TWO and happen to have hobbies. It's about people whose interests refuse to fit into a job description.

Some of us make music. Others make prints, build software, collect things, or spend an inordinate amount of time thinking about food.

We bring years of experience to TWO. And everything else we’ve picked up along the way. Turns out, having a life outside work makes the actual work a whole lot more interesting.

Meet the people

At TWO

A creative generalist who started TWO in 2010 to build the kind of agency he wanted to work at. Writer, designer, product thinker, developer, and occasional firefighter, Vikram wears more hats than he’d care to count. He learnt most of it along the way, including how to run a business without losing the joy of making things.

Still making things. Except now it’s retro video games, AI-powered applications, and SaaS platforms for doctors. He also consults on AI, helping people get more out of the technology without outsourcing their brains. When he’s not in front of a screen, he prefers the company of dogs. Humans, not so much.

At TWO

A journalist, editor, and storyteller with nearly TWO decades of experience and a healthy disregard for staying in one lane. She’s helped build Arré.com from scratch, led content teams, and written for publications ranging from Caravan to National Geographic Traveller and ThePrint. At TWO, she brings an editor’s eye, a journalist’s curiosity, and a rather low tolerance for sloppy thinking.

A Dilliwali in Goa, via Bombay, with an enduring fascination for people, politics, popular culture, and everything in between. Writing, podcasting, and exploring stories beyond the studio are among the many hats she wears. The subjects may change, but the curiosity rarely switches off.

A designer with a background in marketing and an almost forensic interest in the details. Simonne is fascinated by people, psychology, and the thinking behind an idea. She’s more likely to quietly observe, question, and pull things apart than take them at face value. Consistency matters. So does getting the kerning right.

You’ll find her cutting lino, sketching, playing the piano, baking, or collecting restaurant menus and other bits of ephemera. She dreams of working in a little French pâtisserie, appreciates the precision of pastry, and believes most problems can be solved with coffee and a good house-tech set. Cats are preferred. Monsoons aren’t.

A multidisciplinary creative director with nearly 15 years of experience across India, the UK, and Europe, Tushar’s work has garnered accolades at Cannes and D&AD. His work spans design, content, music, and visual storytelling with cool projects like writing for the UN and a rather remarkable week working with both Lionel Messi and Roger Federer.

Music, cinema, cricket, and Arsenal Football Club occupy a considerable amount of his time. He’s produced music for a short film and designed album artwork for a Grammy-nominated musician. He also spends what he describes as an unreasonable amount of time in cinema halls. We suspect he has no plans to cut back.

Arjun has a thing for design systems and the logic of making different elements work together. He likes the kind of thinking that turns individual pieces into something coherent.

A graphic designer with a background in publishing, illustration, and visual storytelling. Anjana works across formats, bringing clarity and character to ideas through a considered approach to design.

Damian is a writer, creative producer, and generalist with 10 years of experience in advertising, writing, and video production. He’d much rather write his own obituary than chronicle his professional achievements.

When he’s not tweaking his secret recipe for butter chicken, ragebaiting his dogs, or trying not to die at the gym, he runs a food delivery service and hosts pop-ups in Goa. Damian is also constantly fighting the urge to adopt every dog he sees. His dream is to live in the woods with a pack of dogs.
